RATES:
- Include a full breakfast and double occupancy
- Are subject to local and state taxes
- The rate for each additional person is $20.00

GENERAL POLICIES:
- Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn or Cottage. Smoking is permitted on the porch / grounds. The Apple Inn is a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast. There will be a $150.00 charge to your credit card to cover the cost of closing the room down for cleaning and fumigating if there is evidence of smoking in your room.
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (Pets are allowed in the cottage with a one time fee of $50.00.)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages.)
CHILDREN:
- Children are welcome.
- We offer cribs, pack-n-plays and all necessary bedding. No childcare is provided.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be made online by clicking the Book Now link above. We would also be happy to book your reservation personally by calling (828) 828-693-0107.
Deposit amount required. A deposit of one night's rate per room is required at the time of the reservation, for a one to three night stay; for four or more nights and special packages or events, 50% of the total is required at time of the reservation. Reservations made 14 days, or (30 days for October and Special Events and Packages) less prior to arrival will be charged in full and are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather or flight cancelations and you are unable to arrive for your reservation a gift certificate good for 1 year from the cancelation date will be issued for the full amount of your stay.

CANCELLATIONS:
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice (30 days for October),shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Any cancellation is subject to a $35.00 processing fee.
